Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview
When you refer a friend to download and enroll in the Cheque Express app using your unique referral code, both you (the “Referrer”) and your referred friend (the “Referee”) may qualify to receive 50% off check-cashing fees on eligible transactions. The discount applies only to the first $2,000 of the check amount.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Referee Requirements

The Referee must download the Cheque Express app and register using the Referrer’s valid referral code during the promotional period.
The Referee must complete a qualifying check-cashing transaction in accordance with Cheque Express’ check-cashing verification and approval policies.
The Referee’s transaction must occur within the month of December, during the promotional period.

2.2 Referrer Requirements

The Referrer will receive their 50% discount only after the Referee successfully completes an approved qualifying transaction.
The Referrer’s discount coupon code will be issued after confirmation of the Referee’s completed transaction.
The Referrer will have 30 days from the date the coupon is issued to use their discount.

3. Discount Details

3.1 Discount Limitations

The 50% discount applies only to check-cashing fees on the first $2,000 of the check amount.
If the check amount exceeds $2,000, the 50% discount will apply only to the fee portion associated with the first $2,000.
Any remaining amount above the $2,000 limit will be charged at the regular check-cashing fee rate.
3.2 One-Time Use
Each discount code issued to the Referrer or the Referee is valid for one-time use only.
Codes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers.

4. Promotion Period

Referral codes must be sent and used during the promotional period (month of December).
The Referee must register and complete their qualifying transaction during this period for both parties to receive the incentive.

5. Additional Conditions

All transactions are subject to Cheque Express’ standard verification, approval, and compliance
requirements.

Cheque Express reserves the right to deny or revoke incentives for attempted fraud, misuse of referral codes, or violation of company policies.
Cheque Express may modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
